random post
yesterday i had my mock piano examination. my piano teacher invited this old-looking man to be the examiner. so i was super nervous as usual because playing piano has ALWAYS not been my forte no matter how long i spend practising. so i kind of scraped through the two pieces that i was supposed to play and screwed up the scales portion.
"D major appeggio"
i don't know what was on my mind at that time and i blurly played D minor appeggio.
after which that man purposely instructed
"D minor appeggio"
okay so i realised i played the SAME THING again twice. i instinctly murmured "oh shit" while playing D minor appeggio, probably because i was influenced by Fergie's London Bridge which i have heard so many times and has got "oh shit...oh shit..." at the beginning of the song.
never mind that, the old man started laughing...possibly at how foolish i was.
so our trip to new zealand has been finally confirmed by CTC tour agency. long story there because that tour agency screwed up our previous tour plans and we have to go through so much hassle just to plan this trip. initially was going to both north and south island, considered going to USA but now we had to make do with only south island. nevertheless now that it is confirmed i am looking forward to the trip. luckily not going to south africa as suggested by the tour agency probably because no one wants to go and they want us to fill up the spaces for them LOL. departing on 28 November and coming back on 5 December. we get to have a city tour of sydney too during the flight transit...so yay!
i got into ntu h3 physics course! hope that i can cope and it wouldn't be too stressful for me next year...and they allow one to drop if one really cannot cope.
h3 classmates next year! don't know anyone of them except for ziye who is also from my class. :(
just read jonathan's blog and really wondered what is it like to have an older brother? my ideal sibling has always been a nice and cool older brother who'll take care of me and one whom i can share my secrets with. haha.

River Valley Concert Band flute section at band fiesta in botanic gardens almost three years ago! spent a major part of my rv life with these mad and fun flautists!
with miss chan our strict but friendly (sounds contradictory but it is true! :)) conductor! just look at paula (who is in hwachong now so we are still school mates! haha) at the right hand side of the picture posing owing to her modelling instincts again LOL.
4A's mysteriously cool notice board which was later changed into this when we shifted to the holding school in commonwealth...
nice and colourful! never fails to cheer me up! that is qiuju's bag on the table by the way.
the arrive-in-school-before-7am-to-pia-homework gang aka the early birds haha.
RV 4A'05 guys...haha 6 of us are in hwachong now, 3 in NJ, 2 in RJ, 1 in VJ and 1 in new zealand.

classmates for four years in rv. gwendolyn is also in hwachong now...so that makes us schoolmates for 6 years haha.
tablemate who is the really ultra smart with super high IQ MR ANG WEE KIAT (who is also in hwachong now) and me doing the "gasp" action that i sometimes did unknowingly when i got back test papers back in RV LOL. still remember he studied like 5 mins before some particular physics test and got much higher than me who studied the day before...life is never fair!!! haha
before chemistry prelim examination...cannot remember WHY ON EARTH WAS I TAKING PICTURES BEFORE CHEMISTRY PRELIM EXAM -.- lol. chuanhan (who is in hwachong now) discussing some chemistry questions with peckyan and qiuju (who is also in hwachong now) was busily mugging away the first thing she came into the classroom EVEN BEFORE PUTTING DOWN HER BAG LOL.
RV4A'05...having class chalet tomorrow...hope it would be fun haha.
on a totally irrelevant note, really like jojo's new single "too little too late". listened to it on windows media player for the entire night yesterday on repeat mode for about 20 over times haha. her voice sounds really mature for a 16-year-old (or is it 15 i am not really sure). is it me but i thought she looks abit like lindsay lohan haha.
